Your policy provides cover for anybody to use the boat with the permission of the policy-holder provided it is not being loaned for hire and reward.
The policy provides cover for accidental damage to the boats and equipment as specified on the Schedule while being transported on a trailer or roof rack of a vehicle. If the boat or a trailer cause damage or injury to a third party while it is on or being towed behind a motor vehicle, then any damage to the third party would NOT be covered by this policy. Such injury or damage will be covered under the towing vehicles motor insurance policy.
The territorial limits under the policy are Inland and Territorial Waters of the United Kingdom and the Continent of Eurpoe unless otherwise stated.

This is the amount shown in the Schedule of Insurance which represents the value of the boats and equipment as declared by you and is the amount that is paid in the event of a write-off.
